Dave Anfield has spent over twenty years in the software and technology sectors, leading transformational change and developing the people around him. His experience at businesses including Endava, Pearson and RM plc spans operating budgets of over £100M, multi-disciplinary teams of several hundred staff, and communities of thousands.
Having led product development, technical and non-technical operations and service delivery teams, Dave takes a holistic view of the delivery value chain, shaped by seeing it evolve towards increasingly agile ways of working.
As Chief Operations Officer at Aurum Solutions, Dave has supported the company in shaping and scaling operations, providing both direction and drive to keep internal operations matched to Aurum's growth.
