With a career spanning banking, insurance, and business transformation, Lee brings extensive experience in delivery, operational improvement, and technology-led change to his role as Head of Professional Services and Client Delivery at Aurum Solutions.
After spending nine years at Stonegate Group in a range of finance, commercial, and strategic leadership roles, including Head of Financial Services and Head of IT Solution Strategy, Lee developed deep expertise in driving large-scale transformation programmes and improving operational efficiency. He is passionate about connecting strategic vision with practical execution to support sustainable growth and collaborative ways of working across organisations.
Outside of work, Lee enjoys spending time outdoors, whether in the mountains or on the water. A keen cyclist, sailor, windsurfer, and kitesurfer, he enjoys almost anything involving the sea.
